I think I found a new favorite recipe. Quick, easy and delicious!
Waldorf Salad Wrap
- 1/2 Red Delicious apple (I used McIntosh), cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 5 walnuts, chopped (I used slivered almonds)
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 ounce cooked chicken breast (canned chicken works great!)
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed dressing
Mix all ingredients and spoon onto an 8-inch whole-grain tortilla wrap. Roll up and enjoy!
