#95. Track exercise/nutrition/etc on EPHIT every day for a month

I finally figure out how to re-login to my ePhit account through my insurance company which allows me to track exercise, nutrition, and life skills through personalized plans.

I chose to track my exercise for the month as February. I started tracking my nutrition as well, but it wasn’t as practical or convenient  for me. I really wanted to kick up my exercise a notch, especially with my 5K coming up in April. Tracking my runs and workouts has helped keep me more accountable as well.

For each activity that is tracked, points are earned which can be redeemed for some pretty cool prizes (gift cards, fitness equipment, etc.) During February, I earned 10,465 points. I’m going to keep accumulating points and redeem them for a sweet prize in the near future (#96 on my list) – stay tuned!
