I finally accomplished this feat….which I consider pretty big since I’m not a huge fan of running.
I’ve been following the Couch to 5K Running Plan in preparation for my 5K next month (another item I can check off the list!). I’d been doing pretty well with the plan, but fell off the boat the last couple of weeks with crazy schedules and fighting a cold. I finally hit 2 miles today and it felt awesome.
Looking forward to many more great runs and hitting the 3 mile mark soon! Happy running!
